In our ongoing efforts to meet the needs of our members, the NFMA is pleased to
announce the launch of a new legislation "watch dog" service that alerts NFMA
members about legislative activity in all 50 states. This service and
information is now available for ending legislation - be it positive or negative - at both the state and federal levels. Anti-counterfeiting, Organized Retail Crime (ORC), and a variety of operational regulations and tax legislation are currently being considered. Any of these could have a detrimental impact on your business and our industry. This exclusive "watch dog" service arms you with the facts so you can take appropriate action to protect yourself and your business.
